DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supporting the roll-out of our application by doing an induction program to the client who uses our application. Monitoring, resolving and escalating related issues Conducting training to the clients to ensure they are familiar with the software, hence they can use our software properly Performing monthly checks, trouble shooting and testing to ensure the software installed on client is running well Working cross-functionality with leaders who will use the software Communication to client in timely manner to get to the root of their problem
REQUIREMENT

1-2 years of experience in professional technical support, systems administration, or Operations role Fluency in English – written and verbal Excellent judgment to prioritize customer issues based on their urgency and severity. The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation. A great team player with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & multitasking skills. Work on own initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
