DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Helpdesk Response & Resolution ticket Jira Servicedesk Regular update on knowledge base Focus to prevent problem issue from all business users Provide onsite and remote support for business users in all HCID Offices (HO and Regional) Supporting new joiner for preparing IT equipment and also to check IT Equipment for exit clearance process
REQUIREMENT

Having experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Desktop Support minimum 3 years, High level of PC skill, Good analytical, Good level of English and able to communicate on daily basis, Able to work on challenging assignments both individual and in a team.
