DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide technical support for Unix/Linux operating systems, including command-line navigation, file management, process management, and user administration.
Assist in developing and maintaining shell scripts (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python) for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
Learn and support Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, and administration.
Assist in managing Active Directory (AD), group policies, and user access control on Windows systems.
Learn and support cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Assist in configuring and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure components, virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, and perform software installations and upgrades.
Help in managing email services such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or G Suite.
Collaborate with the team to maintain software licensing, patch management, and software inventory.
REQUIREMENT
Good communication in English, spoken and written.
Available to provide on-call support on the weekend and outside working hours during weekdays if necessary.
At least 2 years of experience is required.
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and PowerShell scripting.
Interest in learning about cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure components.
Understanding of software troubleshooting and installation processes.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic technical support environment.
