DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyzing the root causes of operational disruptions and providing solutions. Developing preventive measures and documenting troubleshooting procedures. Planning, designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure. Applying and inspecting all network and server devices to improve performance and efficiency. Conducting regular maintenance on website servers, CCTV, and internet networks. Maintaining documentation of IT assets.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology. Minimum 1 year of work experience in Network/Operational Infrastructure. Proficient in Software, Networks, Internet Infrastructure, CCTV, PABX, and Security Access. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
