DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assisting in resolving local network/user’s issues. Setting up accounts for staffs, ensuring that all platforms/software used by the company installed. Managing company’s IT infrastructure and assets. Installation, maintenance and provision of daily support for both hardware & software, equipment including printers, scanners, external hard-drives, CCTV etc. Diagnose Hardware and Software problems, provide analysis and solution Handling IT Assets purcashing
REQUIREMENT

2 - 5 Years of Experience, Fresh graduates welcome to apply. Ability to work independently. Have an attitude “I’m ready to help.” You are highly organized and great at prioritizing, multi-tasking and follow-up. You are meticulous with high attention to detail and accuracy. Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment Passionate in IT technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good knowledge in supporting Office 365
