DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Direct report to Senior Top Management Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and related documents Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address order requirements, service delivery, billing, etc. Maintain and update sales data/reports, ensuring accurate and timely recording Assist Sales team on general operations to help reach team's objectives such as account opening, maintaining account status and processing internal workflows Liaise with various internal department to ensure orders are handled properly Support, manage and develop further the Company's products refining and trading business in designated customer markets Managing existing and developing new customer accounts in both local and designated overseas markets. Such activities include but not limited to frequent contacts either by telecommunication or visits/meetings, quotations, price & terms negotiations, order processing and follow up, receivables monitoring and collection
REQUIREMENT

Degree holder is a must, major in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline At least 2-3 yrs sales experience in luxury or technical background Gained experience in multinational & sizable companies is an advantage Fluent spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin Sound business acumen with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of SAP system is preferred A good team player, able to adapt change and work with various functions Good organizational skills, able to prioritize workload and work under pressure Less experience will be considered as Sales Executive Smart, Aggressive, Outgoing, Mature Personality & Stable Immediate Available is an advantage
