DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Expand the company’s F&B network and sector by taking the lead to approach top management incatering groups
Develop and implement strategies to identify, acquire and onboard qualitycatering groups
Negotiate partnership agreements with potential groups
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners
Manage relationships with key partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company
Communicate well with Growth, Live-streaming, and Account Servicing team to promote negotiated deals effectively
Provide regular reports and update business development activities to senior management
Negotiate with groups on costs, pricing, and promotionaloffers
Be ambitious and take the initiative to achieve monthly sales target
REQUIREMENT
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or other related disciplines 3+ years of experience in Sales / Business development, preferably with a focus on expanding restaurant networks Strong market and growth sense, customer-oriented, eager to learn and adaptable to changes Great command of written and spoken English and Chinese Strong presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication,and relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to work in high pressure and fast-paced environment
