DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

) Research functions: • Facilitate FLE(s) in doing research and benchmark topics e.g.extract and validate data for research work. • Track the progress of tasks and/or projects under Sustainability Unit against the set timeline to ensure tasks/projects progress according to plans. • Assist SU in obtaining information through various channels such as the internet, library, publications. • Assist in capacity building of SU staff by identifying relevant external courses offered by reputable organisations. • Proofread and format documents. • Perform work processing-related duties, i.e.draft and type simple reply memos/letters, prepare presentation slides, typing and binding complex reports/documents, table and other confidential matters. b) Admin-related functions: • Schedule regular and ad hoc meetings; prepare agendas for meetings; assist with background information and general information for meetings, and preparation of materials and equipments. • Handle, manage and screen electronic communications (e-mails, telephone & fax). • Process and manage all written and electronic correspondences by recording mails and following up on outgoing communications. • Compile and maintain all non-confidential and confidential letters, documents and other forms of correspondence for SU. • Filling, classifying, locating, archiving and disposing of SU’s records. • Execute and advise on equipment and system set up for virtual meetings.
REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Business-related fields from recognised institutions approved by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) with at least one year relevant working experience OR • Diploma in Business-related fields from recognised institutions approved by MQA with at least four years relevant working experience and possess an excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Experience in secretarial or office management experiences is an added advantage • Candidates must also obtain 5 credits in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) for subjects including Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics. CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS: • Good collaborative behavior. • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to manage queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders. • Organisation skills - Time management. • Good in Information Communication Technology and able to manage multiple communication channels.
