DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare IT service facilities for all employees. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including account setup and configuration. Respond promptly to service questions and requests. Provide timely and accurate feedback to users. Identify the root cause of the problem and implement preventive measures. Regularly maintain IT resources (hardware and software) and assist in monitoring usage activity. Provide technical support to address network and system failures and IT projects to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and services. Escalate unresolved issues properly to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., support for new enterprise applications). Document all problems and solutions for future reference. Maintain knowledge and skills in technological innovations and trends.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Able to troubleshoot hardware (H/W) and software (S/W). Proficient in operating Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Understanding of hardware and software, operating systems, and internet applications. Knowledge of computer networks (e.g., Mikrotik, etc.). Capable of working effectively in a team or independently. Demonstrates honesty, thoroughness, proactiveness, initiative, responsibility, and the ability to maintain data communication confidentiality. Possesses IT insight and stays updated with the latest developments in IT technology.
