DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals. Drive innovation and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge. Reports directly to Senior Executive, Technology Development. Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. Ensure effective resource allocation and talent development. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology products or solutions. Ensure products meet quality, performance, and security standards. Oversee the maintenance of product thru the role of System Administrator (SA). Manage and optimize the technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems. Develop and manage the technology department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Make informed decisions regarding technology investments and expenditures for approval by Head ALC. Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with business needs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on projects and seek input.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in technology development, data analytics and dashboard development. Experience in some programming (Python, JavaScript, Visual Basic, C#, Java, etc) will be an added advantage. Proven track record of successful technology strategy execution and product development will be an added advantage. Strong leadership abilities with experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, platforms, and development methodologies. Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive business value. Good to have experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management. Proficient in making strategic decisions and solving complex problems effectively. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and market demands, driving innovation within the organization. Proficiency in project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
