DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide first level end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of issues to vendors for quick resolution, applying upgrade/patches to computer systems installation and upgrade of computer application software, regular IT reviews, etc.
Where applicable, provide second level support for VMware, Windows servers, Active Directory and other IT infrastructure
Procurement of IT equipment for end users (e.g. laptops, printers, monitors, etc.)
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
Evaluate and deploy new technical solutions to improve efficiency
Assist in executing project activities.
Oversee the daily running operation of the IT department, ensuring that all systems (Server/Storage/Network/Backup) are functioning properly
Provide technical support and guidance to users of IT infrastructure in terms of Servers, Network, Storage or Backup matters
IT Asset Tracking
Provide remote assistance to off-site users, resolving issues through remote desktop tools and other communication channels.
Maintenance of all software and IT related warranty and licenses used by the company.
Setup, installation and deploying of computers
Cloning/Imaging of laptop/desktop
Responsible for working with different systems and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issue to the appropriate vendors (POS and ERP)
REQUIREMENT
Relevant working experience preferred Willing to travel to various locations island wide. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
