DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and achieved Identify and develop new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers Create and implement account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Track account performance and report on key metrics Serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing their expectations, needs, issues, and requests promptly and professionally
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in IT related field 2-years of working experience (account management/servicing) Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills Positive mind-set, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity
