REQUIREMENT

Associate’s degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field 5+ years experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function
