DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify target companies for business development initiatives.
Develop and manage strategic sales plans, forecasts, and sales campaigns, while analyzing products, markets, and customers’ sales potential.
Contribute to the implementation of the group strategy and development of the local business plan for Surabaya as well as for the Semarang area.
Assist the Area Sales Manager with the development of annual budgets.
Ensure a high order intake with a targeted margin by implementing the defined sales plan.
Perform day-to-day tasks of conducting sales visits, and quotation presentations along with Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) updates, and forecasting.
Identify and visit each office and key contacts on a regular basis.
