DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Acquire new and develop existing accounts through promotion of company’s various brand developments. Develop company’s B2B market share by improving product number and volume in new and existing customers’ portfolio. Maintain relationships with key clients by regular call visits, understand their needs and anticipate new marketing opportunities. Execute company’s strategies and plans to increase sales volume and revenue. Ensure and maintain growth of business and relationship with customers while at the same time always negotiate to meet both customer and company needs. Handle customer complaints and follow-up by solving action together with other team players. Work effectively individually and in team group to support, monitor and fulfill customers’ orders. Continuously report, analyze and evaluate sales targets and achievements. Maintain confidentiality of all company data and organize all paperwork in accordance to ISO system and regular audits from clients.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years of age, minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) from any business major, have own transport. At least 1 years of working experience in B2B Sales in FMCG / HORECA industry or related field under the same position. Required Language(s): English (mandatory), Mandarin (advantage). Computer Skills: MS Office, SAP/ERP & CorelDraw / Adobe Photoshop (advantage). Required Skills: Analytical, Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and in team working environment. Able to handle and work under pressure to meet all project targets and deadlines. Highly motivated, well organized and detail oriented. Willing to travel locally and develop domestic market.
