Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably within recruitment or HR environments. Proficiency in Adobe DocuSign and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite). Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with medical centres, suppliers, clients and candidates. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and potential issues. Vendor management experience and expertise in onboarding for recruitment. Strong stakeholder management background is required. Able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
