DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle first level helpdesk’s supports and services. Provide on-site installation and technical support for our solution. Adequate internal/external training's as well as guidance will be provided. Report progress to Team Lead/Manager. Be a part of technical teams, share new skills, ideas and implementations.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates should possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related IT field from any accredited institution Fresh graduate is welcome as well, you must like to travel and communicate with people Knowledge on windows .Net frameworks and MSSQL will be an added advantage Basic networking architecture, troubleshooting skill, communication skill, Windows Platform Fast Learner – Training will be provided Able to work Independently and communicate well with team member Own a car because you need to carry equipment for support purpose Must be able to speak and read English and Bahasa Malaysia
