Technical Sales:
Utilize technical knowledge of air compressors to effectively communicate features, benefits, and solutions to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide customized product recommendations.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements and propose suitable air compressor solutions.
Provide after-sales support and address any technical inquiries or concerns.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for product promotion.
Technical Expertise:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in air compressor technology.
Provide training to clients and internal teams on the technical aspects of air compressors.
Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer-specific requirements.
Sales Documentation:
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in the field of air compressors.
Strong understanding of air compressor technology and applications.
Good in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel for client visits and industry events.
