DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute the ME Marketing plan to deliver overall revenue and new customer targets
Champion the voice of the ME customers – ensure all strategies and plans across teams integrate local customers and market insight
Work seamlessly with the HQ Team to execute global and ME campaigns with a regional focus
Responsible for the ME Marketing and PR Calendar to ensure local actions are planned on relevant global campaigns
Responsible for leading any local ME promo and fully localized campaigns
Provide analysis and commentary of macro-economic climate to help shape both short and long-term growth plan
Proactively work with both local and HQ teams to share best practices and efficiently use common resources
Responsible for leading the discussions across ME team members and including JV team to unearth opportunities across different touchpoint.
Create market leading partnerships through-out the region to drive new customer acquisition and revenue
Work closely with collective team planning across social media and affiliate marketing to insure all global campaigns and new brand launches
Optimize local events, holidays, and moments through partnership with cross functional teams such as Email Marketing, CRM, Channel Marketing, PR, Performance Marketing, Personal Shopping and Editorial to drive local engagement and brand awareness in ME
Work closely with Finance to plan ME forecasting and delivery of ME targets
Drive innovative ideas/initiatives to drive customer growth and brand awareness in ME
REQUIREMENT
10+ years of marketing experience ideally gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment
Minimum of 6 years exposure to the ME market with strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian market, Kuwait or Qatar.
Knowledge of MENA media scene a plus.
Creative and strategic thinker.
Proven ability to manage and develop a team and delivery of sales results and targets
Impeccable presentation & writing skills
Able to work autonomously in a non-HQ environment
Proven track record of executing the full marketing mix: media, advertising, promotions and communications both online and offline
Resourceful, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Tenacious attitude with solid judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills with a soft spoken and collaborative attitude.
Well-rounded negotiation skills
Pro-active and willing to share ideas with the wider team
Extremely well organized in planning with methodical, and efficient delegation of work within the team with a good dose of common sense and humor
Confidence in taking calculated risks
Discreet and professional with excellent communication/presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Arabic language preferred but not essential
