Responsible for achieving sales target in branches. Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance. Reporting : Submits necessary reports periodically; meets deadlines and abides by the route plans. Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts. Willing to be placed to North Sumatra and Pekanbaru.
