DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create, develop and optimize a variety of advertiser programs, events and activations that help clients begin advertising and ultimately sustain value on the platform
Identify key advertiser cohorts within the regional tail of clients that could benefit from targeted service initiatives
Plan events from start to finish: generating ideas, managing budgets, sponsorship negotiations, managing logistics and event venues, managing hybrid & virtual events/webinars.
Liaise with Marketing, Government /Public Relations to identify key partnerships and create programs to service these partnerships
Identify and prioritize major developments in the Central South Asia Region and plan an approach to acquire advertisers
Develop business rationales to support growth and new marketing approaches in new areas
Develop a detailed plan and implementation plan for prioritized marketing initiatives
Support identifying and leading a variety of new strategic and high impact engagements focused on creating new revenue streams and enhancing customer experience.
Collaborate with revenue, customer success and product teams to strengthen TikTok's proposition and product for market advertisers
Provide and ensure communication with and between management teams at critical points in the implementation of the project plan
REQUIREMENT
Demonstrated experience in Digital, B2B Events or Marketing Manager role
Understand B2B audiences, their behaviour, and exactly how to reach and engage with them.
Experience working with Middle East businesses and developing strategies to scale services and support and demonstrated experience with performance marketing and marketing operations
Experienced in supporting creative teams on photoshoots or video shoots in the past and are comfortable guiding them when needed
Have the ability to translate complex business problems into compelling brand strategies that drive breakthroughs and inspire creative execution.
Non-linear thinker, sensitive to dependencies with strong deductive and inferential logic
Ability to work leveraging resources that lie elsewhere within a matrixed organization.
Fluent English & Russian language skills are a must, in order to work with partners & clients in those regions
