DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Drive the architectural design and decision-making process for software development projects, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability. Conduct thorough code reviews, establish and enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and secure code. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and technical excellence within the team. Proactively identify technical challenges and propose solutions, while also troubleshooting complex issues during the development lifecycle. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline estimation, providing technical insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their feasibility and potential incorporation into projects. Ensure comprehensive and clear technical documentation for systems, processes, and best practices.
REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in programming languages such as (but not limited to) Java, Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to the organization’s tech stack. In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and frameworks. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering collaboration, and driving technical initiatives. Strong background in software architecture, including experience in designing scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate discussions. Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and provide innovative and practical solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and experience in contributing to project planning and execution. Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
