Work on the overall growth strategy and planning across Food and QC verticals along with the Growth Manager and Director of Marketing. Work closely with the Director of Marketing, vertical managers, and regional planning on budgets and submit BE for the function. Constantly report on progress to the Director of Marketing to ensure we stay on track with budgets across verticals and functions. Design, develop, and maintain ongoing marketing performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to assist the Growth Manager and Director of Marketing in driving critical business decisions from a marketing POV. Perform deep-dive analyses of marketing KPIs and budgets and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to the management. Assist the Director of Marketing on MPRs and C-Suite decks and presentations. Identify, develop & optimize growth channels across verticals to drive revenue with the Director of Marketing. Analyze marketing & sales data along with users’ feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decide on future marketing strategies. Experiment with new growth ideas, investigate results for potential vertical growth levers, and achieve targets through different channels. Provide inputs & expertise to the Director of Marketing to drive efficiency of different verticals. Work closely Business Performance team and other regional teams to share ideas and feedback & present results. Leverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity. Simplify and automate marketing reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to maximize scale and self-service ability by stakeholders across verticals.
