DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Execute design and technical implementation for network and IT security solutions. Offer technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting. Propose technical solutions based on customer requirements or identified pain points. Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to identify and resolve issues. Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external teams. Ensure thorough documentation and reporting to supervisors and/or customers.
REQUIREMENT

Holds a degree from a reputable university with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology, achieving a minimum GPA of 3.0. Brings a minimum of 1 year of experience in the role of a Network Engineer. Possesses relevant Certifications: CCNP, FCP. Demonstrates effective communication skills in Business English, both verbally and non-verbally. Proficient in the configuration and troubleshooting of Layer 2, 3, and 4. Strongly preferred capability to handle Layer 5, 6, and 7. Possesses a mandatory skill in analyzing network traffic. Demonstrates a solid understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network. Has a comprehensive understanding of networking technology and products, including routing, switching, and security. Displays a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative. Exhibits a genuine passion for continuous learning, is diligent, and works effectively within a team environment.
