DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Performing design and technical implementation for network & IT security solutions. - Provide technical support to customers through on-site or remote troubleshooting. - Propose technical solution based on customer requirements or pain points. - Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues. - Develop good relationship with both internal and external team. - Documentation and reporting to superior and/or customer.
REQUIREMENT

- Graduated from reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum GPA of 3.0. - Having minimum 1 year experience in Network Engineer - Having related Certifications: CCNP, FCP - Good command of Business English in both verbal and non-verbal setting - Able to handle Layer 2, 3 and 4 Configuration & Troubleshooting - Capability to handle Layer 5,6,7 are highly preferred - Ability to analyze network traffic is a mandatory. - Good understanding of OSI Layer and TCP/IP network. - Good understanding of networking technology and products such as routing, switching and security. - Strong sense of responsibility and high degree of initiative. - Passionate to learn, hardworking, and a good team player
