DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Study and understand the product range in detail, including product specifications, product demo procedures and product trouble shooting
Search for and study new customer data
Create work plans and approaches with customers, grouping target markets according to the size of the sales prospect presentation and sales volume
Study and understand the field survey work system
Introducing products to customers directly, by telephone and by correspondence/email
Prepare follow-up strategies directly, telephone, email, and/or visit customer locations as well as closing customer prospects, coordinating with superiors
Carry out sales according to individual targets and achieve these sales targets
Create activity reports regarding target prospects
Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience in the field Safety (Construction) product.
Fluent in English.
Have good communication skill, make proposals & presentation.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Can drive a car and have driving license.
Willing to travel.
