DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales Growth and overall Store Brand Ranking at the Counter
Responsible for achieving KPI Chief Consultant and Beauty Consultant
Responsible for Counter Operations which includes: stock, product tester, promotional products
Ensure Visual Merchandising at all counters is in accordance with the brand image and product focus
Implement promotional activities in the field
Create attendance and training shift plans for Consultants
Create analysis reports and reviews of sales, stock and promotions
Create Market Activity reports
REQUIREMENT
Can operate Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel With pleasing personality and good health condition Minimum 3 years experience in the Retail industry, especially in the Cosmetics sector (in the same position) Have good sales and customer service skills Have organizational and counter operational skills Have good leadership and coaching skills in leading a team Have good analytical and report making skills
