DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Control orders, omzet, and sales visits. Act as a leader for the sales team. Organize, develop, and nurture sales team members. Manage and process customer databases. Achieve or exceed predefined targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum educational background of D3/S1 from any major. Mandatory experience in the MATERIAL BUILDING sector. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Capable of being a firm, disciplined, and integrity-driven leader. Owns a motor vehicle and holds an active SIM C (driver's license). Communicative, creative, and innovative. Enjoys challenges.
