DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Strategy:
Execute the established channel sales strategy and adhere to the allocated budget.
Contribute to the identification of suitable channels and target markets.
Provide strategic input to the sales team, ensuring alignment with market sales and marketing plans.
Performance Targets:
Contribute to the attainment of key targets, such as volume, prices, and product mix, within the specified market.
Develop comprehensive business plans and ensure their effective implementation through regular follow-ups.
Negotiations:
Play a role in sales negotiations and lead the negotiation of frame agreements.
Develop and present offers and proposals to channel partners, aligning them with broader sales strategies.
Partnership Management:
Identify and assess potential channel partners in accordance with ABB policies and standards, including cybersecurity.
Collaborate with Channel or Sales Manager to evaluate progress against channel strategy, plans, and budgets.
Conduct analyses of channel activity and take proactive measures to address identified issues.
REQUIREMENT
3+ years of Sales/Channel Partner experience in electrical or electronical industry in handling Chemical or Panel Builder/Switchboard customers.
Automation or electrical channel sales experience in industries over 3 years.
Good knowledge in Electrical Engineering products/systems
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute activities requiring channel/segment partner involvement.
Implement planned communication, promotion, and training initiatives within the channel/segment.
