DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Application Support: Provide expert-level support for temperature, pressure, and statistical process control applications used on the shop floor ; Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs and address any issues promptly. Technical Expertise: Utilize engineering background and technical hands-on experience to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements. System Monitoring: Monitor IT applications and systems at the plant to ensure optimal performance ; Extend support to branches across Malaysia and other countries, contributing to a global IT support network. Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of IT applications and systems.
REQUIREMENT

Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Network / Manufacturing Engineering and equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in application support in a large coorporation Candidate with Manufacturing background will be added advantage Technical hands-on experience in a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
