DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide the necessary support to Southeast Asia Finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Co-ordinate monthly financial data submitted by countries and business functions within the stipulated timelines. Review and approve any service requests / workflows that comes through the central Finance team within the agreed timelines. Perform review of financial master data including general ledger accounts and profit/cost centre checks. Perform any related month end closing steps/activities in accordance with established month end close checklist. Liaise and coordinate with local Finance teams and business functions where required. Monitor and process any urgent requests received as required. Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. review of executive processing during stabilisation period, back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects. Able to attend to communication channels via email where applicable.
REQUIREMENT

A recognized Diploma or Degree in Finance & Accounting. More than 2 years of working experience in Finance with knowledge in SAP System required. Moderate exposure in other accounting functions. Has applied skills in various working environment and may have trained or guided others in this area. Has been trained and had extensive exposure in SAP accounting transactions. Has applied skills in various working environment and may have trained or guided others in this application. Strong MS office tools knowledge (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Understands basic concepts and application of the tool in day-to-day use. Has applied skill in working environment and may have trained or guided others in the application. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
