DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle & manage employee relations Managing HR-related processes Support on HRIS Data entry Maintaining & updating of employee P-file and other records Issuance of HR Letters/Forms Assist with full spectrum of recruitment duties Assist with onboarding of new hires Monitor and track employees' attendance Assist with payroll processing of about 50 headcounts for Malaysia & 280 headcounts for Singapore Assist with insurance matters Administer employees' medical claims Ensure compliance with labour regulations Assist Head of Departments with HR-related issues Be the go-to person for any queries by employees Any other HR generalist tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office is advantageous Willing to learn Enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethic. Have good organization skills Meticulous and good with numbers Have good organization skills
