DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

achieve performance goals Actively contact customers for business promotion and cross-product sales of various consumer financial products (such as credit, credit cards) Be familiar with the bank’s consumer financial products and provide different products and projects based on customer conditions to meet the needs of various types of customer groups. Assist new bank customers to apply for various consumer financial products (such as credit, credit cards) and follow-up related matters Complete the sales goals and tasks set by the company. Sales goals include but are not limited to daily call volume, list contact rate, number of shipments, and amount of loans allocated. Maintain customer relationships Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and continue to cross-sell the bank's consumer financial products according to needs Ensure that communication with customers, service quality and operating procedures comply with relevant bank regulations
REQUIREMENT

0~2 years of business work experience is preferred Understand the products and processes of bank consumer finance business Have good communication and negotiation skills Understand customer psychology and be able to quickly grasp customer needs Have good teamwork and ability to withstand pressure Have certain legal and risk control capabilities Have good self-management and learning abilities Have certain market analysis and forecasting capabilities Have basic MS Office capabilities Understand the development trends and future directions of the financial industry Applicants with proficiency in consumer financial products (such as credit), business knowledge and sales skills are preferred Those who are familiar with consumer financial products (e.g. bank loans) policies and products are preferred Those skilled in computer software are preferred
