DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring customer satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, deliveries, billing, and other logistics-related matters. Order Tracking: Assist customers in tracking their orders, updating them on shipment status, and addressing any delays or discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external communication. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as operations, sales, and finance) to ensure smooth coordination and efficient problem-solving. Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
REQUIREMENT

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English (additional languages are a plus). Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with customers, listen actively, and handle challenging situations with patience. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset to identify root causes and propose solutions. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording information and following processes. Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous.
