REQUIREMENT
Age maximal 30 years old Education Bachelor Degree in Law Proficient in HR Industrial Relation with Government (DISNAKER) Having experiences in problem solving, analyze information and evaluate results to select the best solution and solve employment problems in accordance with applicable Company Regulations and Labour Regulations ( UU 13 tahun 2003 & PP 35 Tahun 2021) Having experiences as Mediator and Facilitator between employee and management. (Bipartit, Tripartit, PP, dll) Having experiences attending Industrial Relations Court (PHI) Able to work under tight deadline At Least 2 year of working experience in the related field Honest, Meticulous, Loyal & Responsive Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Willing to work in Pluit, North Jakarta & can join immediately
