DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Customer Support: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to shipments, deliveries, billing, and other logistics-related matters.
Order Tracking: Assist customers in tracking their orders, updating them on shipment status, and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as operations, sales, and finance) to ensure smooth coordination and efficient problem-solving.
Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
REQUIREMENT
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
