REQUIREMENT
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing / mass communications / Business, or related field (for fresh graduates) and Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in customer service or marketing (for experienced candidates). Has training in digital marketing bootcamp or other relevant training are bonus, but it's not essential. Experience in the insurance or financial sector, whether through work, internships, or personal projects, is a bonus, but it's not essential. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening. Familiarity with digital platforms like social media and Google Business. Strong analytical skills, creative thinking abilities and able to work collaboratively in a corporate environment. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat Area in full Work From Office (WFO) setup.
