DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Customer Success: Serve as a primary point of coordination for customer communication agents across digital platforms such as omnichannel. Monitor and ensure prompt replies to inquiries and support needs to ensure customer satisfaction including opportunities from customer. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and leads management. Marketing Communication: Manage digital channels and media platforms to create engaging marketing content. Analyze current trends to develop compelling content concepts. Utilize user-friendly tools for media content creation, such as Canva. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to inform marketing communication strategies and tactics. Assist in data-driven approaches to enhance customer engagement.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing / mass communications / Business, or related field (for fresh graduates) and Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in customer service or marketing (for experienced candidates). Has training in digital marketing bootcamp or other relevant training are bonus, but it's not essential. Experience in the insurance or financial sector, whether through work, internships, or personal projects, is a bonus, but it's not essential. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening. Familiarity with digital platforms like social media and Google Business. Strong analytical skills, creative thinking abilities and able to work collaboratively in a corporate environment. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat Area in full Work From Office (WFO) setup.
