DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first-line support to users, resolving common issues, and escalating complex incidents as needed. Identify potential IT issues, report anomalies, and take early corrective actions. Accurately and comprehensively record incident-related information for service improvement and trend analysis. Communicate effectively with users, understanding their needs, and resolving issues in a polite and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT system operations. Deliver excellent service to all users.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 1 year experience from any bachelor's or associate's degree. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Ability to troubleshoot complex IT problems. Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams. Proficiency in monitoring tools like ELK, Grafana. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Analytical skills to identify and address issues and improvement opportunities. Experience implementing ITSM practices for incident management, service level management, and continuous service improvement. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent documentation skills
