DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Process offline and walk-in merchant applications for food and grocery delivery.
Liaise with merchants from various establishments to address their queries and concerns regarding new brand/outlet onboarding
Identify and cross-sell additional delivery and related solutions (e.g., payment processing, dine-in services, marketing, and business management tools) to bring maximum value to merchants
Contribute to the achievement of monthly merchant acquisition targets
