DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist clients or employees to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems both hardware and network. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer usage and troubleshooting. Act as the initial point of contact for all computers and systems from clients or other employees. Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion. Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance and steps taken to resolve them. Coordinate and report all the technical problems from client or employees to developer team.
REQUIREMENT

Able to speak in English actively (both writing and speaking) Able to relocate to Surabaya A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services. Knowledge of a company' s products and services. Good knowledge and have experiences in writing query (SQL). Have knowledge with Jira will be an advantage. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential. Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS. Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services. Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Comfortable to work as a team in international environment.
