DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To handle PO processing, monitoring and sales order management;
To keep close contact with suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO delivery status;
To maintain PO, invoice files and related order records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records;
Provide B2B account servicing and outside sales support.
Order processing, monitoring forecast and inventory and daily operation.
Provide assistance to the sales team on daily sales activities
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, order taking and processing
To maintain PO, invoice files and related order records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records;
To support logistics operations with warehouse & forwarders
REQUIREMENT
Good command of Chinese and English Responsible and detail-minded, and able to work independently Immediately available preferred Fresh Graduates are welcomed
