DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist in Sales Processing tasks which include billing processing, payment processing, CN/DN processing and etc. Sales booklet and Sales Catalog ordering and distribution. Monitoring and controlling stock level. Stationerary ordering and distribution. Monitoring and controlling stock and sales level. Assist in daily Sales Admin & Sales & Service Department administration work including but not limited to meeting arrangement, memorandum / notice issuance, email sending, minutes writing and etc. Participate in organizing company events including but not limited to Staff Meeting, training, workshop or any festive celebration and etc. Assist in reinforcement of group policies & prosedures to ensure compliances by all levels..
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Able to communicate and written in English and BC. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply for this position. Independent with good communication and inter-personal skill. Full-Time position(s) available.
