Incorporate Professional Selling Skills and Challenger Sales techniques into every sales interaction. Proactively participate in coaching sessions and actively seek feedback from the Commercial Excellence team for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the team to foster a culture of success and accountability in daily activities.
Focus on Hospital, Office Building, School and Food Service segments.
To qualify, individuals must possess
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree holder with 3+ years of B2B sales experience
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, and interpreting sales reports
Exhibit a high degree of autonomy and self-reliance in carrying out tasks and making decisions.
Possess a keen analytical mindset and exceptional negotiation abilities.
Effective time management and organizational abilities
