DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As the Application Support, you will work on SQL Server and Java based projects. You will perform the testing based on various test plan and create the documentation of the test result. You will also analyze incident report from Client, find out the root cause, and provide workaround plan. You will be responsible in daily production support/incident management, involve in application testing (unit code testing, SIT and UAT), involve in source code improvement, new enhancement and technology upgrade.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 2 years’ experience as application support. LINUX experience is a must, especially RHEL and Centos. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Bahasa & English, good communication and interpersonal skill. Best in working both in team and individually and able to work under pressure. Responsive, Trust-able and Reliable. Have basic skill in SQL Query, Stored Procedure and Functions. Must have basic Java programming knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot application issues and able to fix the issues. Skill in Accounting Logic is a plus point. Experience in handling Banking project is preferable. Fast learner, good attitude and keen to take ownership of the tasks. Capable to deliver task within give timeline.
