DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server systems in a virtualized Citrix XenServer environment. Implement and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy for seamless user and resource management. Oversee software update and patch management for Windows Server systems to ensure security and compliance. Perform system hardening activities to enhance the security posture of Windows Server environments. Manage Linux VMs (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) within the overall virtualized environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues promptly. Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and proactively address potential issues. Ensure the availability, reliability, and optimal performance of the entire IT infrastructure
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Administrator with a focus on Windows Server systems and virtualization (Citrix XenServer). Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and software update/patch management. Experience with system hardening methodologies and security best practices. Familiarity with Linux VMs, including Ubuntu, RedHat, and CentOS. Knowledge of virtualization technologies beyond Citrix XenServer is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications, such as MCSA, MCSE, Citrix Certified Professional, or equivalent, are highly desirable
