DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service related to bond trading transactions in the primary market. Facilitating and executing bond trading transactions in the primary market on behalf of customers in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring that all bond trading activities in the primary market adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to bond trading transactions and finding satisfactory resolutions in the primary market. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth through successful bond trading transactions in the primary market.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
