DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Making plans and strategies business development or business enterprise Responsible for managing preparation of company’s financial statements on a regular basis Update accounting standards in accordance with developments Creating accounting policy letter Provide accounting, tax and finance report Review and analyzed financial reports each month Review and monitoring all business transaction Ensure proper structure and financing pattern for the company Ensure that funds are available for the company's operational and investment activities Designing financing structure and pattern of healthy and appropriate financing for company Prepare reports required by the Board of Directors / investors / creditors Carry out restructuring, acquisition, merger, when required Prepare all things related to IPO (Initial Public Offering), if required
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Must having experienced at Palm Oil Company or Manufacture Mastering SAP System Able to solve Dispute Tax problems Must have USKP B Certificate Accustomed to dealing with external auditors Mastering the latest PSAK regulations Preferably manager specialized in Accounting General at least 5 years Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent Working experience in the related field is required for this position Good leadership skills, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
