DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Success Factors Support and User Satisfaction: Be the 1st level support for staff and colleagues using the Success Factors based People Connexion system. Ensure high user satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and user support.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and optimize HR reports and dashboards. Support decision-making processes within HR division through reporting.
Systems Training and Development: Lead and conduct People Connexion training programs for users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of the system.
Project Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR IT projects, including system automation and the management of smaller HR systems (e.g., Centralized Doctors Database, Health Screening).
Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with internal HR, and other departments to document, improve and automate HR Process and functionalities. Drive innovation in HR processes and technology solutions.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Proven experience in HRIS support, reporting, and project management.
Strong reporting skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Knowledge of current HR technologies, trends, and best practices.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills is a strong plus
