DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Planning infrastructure of network-separated segments such as office and production areas to improve for group company’s IT infrastructure. Supporting and consulting to a group company and supervising vendors to Install and configure systems on both physical and virtual environments. Monitoring systems with good metrics for analysis and performance tuning. Consider for Server/Storage/Network/Security specifications to support existing or new systems. Providing onsite and remote operation support of all hardware and software. Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect against data loss and downtime (Backup Exec, Veeam). Providing day-to-day administration. Troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues. Collaborating with the IT team in Japan to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent in English. Maintaining documentation and records of system configurations and manuals. Consulting 8 group companies and managing IT projects in each group companies. Handling and Utilizing Group Company’s IT Service (Such as document management system etc.). Other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Have at least 8 years experience in the IT field of one company (Bachelors of major related to IT). Business level English skills. Experience operating in Operating Systems such as Windows Servers and Linux. Experience in configuring an Active Directory architecture, Group Policy. Experience in enterprise storage (SAN, NAS) considering reliability such as redundancy (RAID, etc.) Experience virtual machine environments such as VMWare. Experience in using networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, Mail Protocol etc. Experience in design plural network segments such as routers, Layer 3 switches, and trucking network segments. Experience in Security such as Firewall. Experience in project management such as making WBS, controlling the progress, take countermeasures to keep on schedule. Experience in programing and designing business systems. A person who lives in Jakarta and can do business trip to Bekasi Cikarang etc.
