DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of servers, networks, and other IT systems. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components such as servers, operating systems, network devices, and storage systems. Manage software updates, patches, and security fixes to ensure that systems are up-to-date and protected against known vulnerabilities.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role Having experience with Banking industry (Digital Banking is preferred) Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix), networking protocols, and hardware components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
